The day after release event, the Irodori Festival plays host to two special guests...

| 1 |  Adjust the time around 8:00 am to 10:00 pm next day. You need to wind it twice to reach the next day. |
| 2 |  Head to the docks and meet Kokomi and Gorou halfway through. |
| 3 |  Join Kokomi as she meets her pen pal. |
| 4 |  Look for Gorou then talk to him about Kokomi's request. |
| 5 |  Head to the marked location and buy the book on Kokomi's list. |
| 6 |  Go to Onodera to get a reserved book with Gorou. |
| 7 |  Go with Gorou as he uses the Raffle Machine, then wait with him in the Five Kasen Plaza. |
| 8 |  Adjust the clock again around 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm the next day, then head to the docks to see Gorou and Kokomi off Ritou. |
| 9 |  Finish the conversation to complete the quest! |
