Zhongli is the only character that will roam around Liyue after you talk to him in Third Round Knockout! Each time you find him, you need to talk to him so he will move to the next location once the Server Rests (4:00).

There are times he will hint where he will go next like when he hinted in Wangshu Inn that he was going to Jueyun Karst!

Xiangling in Liyue Harbor

Xiangling is helping her dad, Chef Mao, in Wanmin Restaurant! From the Teleport Waypoint, you can head towards there, and you'll see her inside.

Hu Tao in Liyue Harbor

Hu Tao is located right in front of the Wangsheng Funeral Parlor. It's located at the side before you enter the area where the Souvenir Shop is.

Shenhe in Liyue Harbor

Shenhe can be seen enjoying the Lantern Rite by the docks near the large Mingxiao Lantern!

Beidou and Xinyan in Liyue Harbor

Bridge Leading Out of Liyue	Bridge Location

Beidou and Xinyan can be found conversing with each other on the bridge that leads out of Liyue Harbor! Teleport to the waypoint nearest to the Yuehai Pavilion, then head to the bridge you can see from there.

Yanfei in Liyue Harbor

Yanfei is in Yuehai Pavilion looking over the fireworks and the lanterns!

Keqing in Liyue Harbor

After talking to Keqing during The Stars Inscribe The Year's Wishes World Quest up outside the Jade Chamber, she will stay there to enjoy the view.

Ningguang in Liyue Harbor

Ningguang is located inside the Jade Chamber on the lowest floor inside her office.

Xiao near Liyue Harbor

Xiao will be on a hill on top of the Temple of Pervases! It's just below the Teleport Waypoint.

Yun Jin in Qingce Village

After you teleport, look around the area of the pavilion, and you'll see Yun Jin somewhere to the left. She'll tell you that she was asked to perform for village!

Qiqi and Baizhu in Qingce Village

You can find Qiqi and Baizhu near the Teleport Waypoint, at a house to the north of the pavilion! The two of them are hard at work helping out patients in Qingce Village.

Chongyun and Xingqiu in Qingce Village

Chongyun and Xingqiu will be sitting within the heart of the village! Xingqiu would be telling Chongyun about something, but they both get sidetracked.

Ganyu in Mt. Aocang

As soon as you Teleport to Mt. Aocang, you'll see Ganyu looking at the scenery! Ganyu had been told to take a vacation, but she's reluctant to spend it with Cloud Retainer, hence her being outside.
