The Water Bubble Island can be unlocked during the Event Story Quest The Final Riddle.
Inside the Water Bubble is a mysterious recorder. During the 4th Event Story Quest, you will be able to hear a recorded voice.
The voice and the mastermind behind most of the events in Midsummer Island Adventure is none other than Alice, Klee's mother.
A Crafting Bench can be found in the area within the water bubble, it can be used to craft Harpastum Bombs which is needed for the 4th Event Challenge.

A Never-Ending Battle challenge can also be found in the Water Bubble area as well.
