Adjust the time to the next day at 06:00 to 08:00.

Head to the Gigantic Conch and approach Klee, Barbara, and Jean.
3 Genshin - The Final Riddle A Secret Uncovered Catch Fish
Catch the 3 fishes to retrieve the scales.
4 Genshin - The Final Riddle A Secret Uncovered Return to the Device
Return to the mysterious device and talk to Klee.
