Shenhe and Yun Jin, who are new characters, had a shared Wish Banner. Their Wish Banner ran at the same time as Xiao's Banner rerun.

Ganyu and Zhongli's Banner Reruns

Ganyu and Zhongli's simultaneous reruns falls right after the start of Liyue's celebration of the Lantern Rite Festival—what perfect timing!

During the Lantern Rite event rerun, Zhongli had been shown engaging in festivities and included in event quests, along with plenty of other Liyue characters!

Phase 1 Weapons for Shenhe and Xiao

The first phase of 2.4 featured two Polearms, the Calamity Queller and Primordial Jade Winged-Spear. These two weapons are the best weapons for Shenhe and Xiao respectively.

Phase 2 Weapons for Ganyu and Zhongli

The second phase of 2.4 features the Amos' Bow, which is Ganyu's best weapon, and the Vortex Vanquisher for Zhongli! The Amos' bow is Ganyu's best weapon while the Vortex Vanquisher is only suited for one shield-bot playstyle for Zhongli.

The Calamity Queller is Shenhe's best weapon. It was released in the 1st half of Version 2.4 along with Shenhe, Yun Jin, and Xiao's banners.
