    Just come to this loation, use Geo MC elemetal skill (or Zhongli, Albedo's) then use Diona's elemental skill, 100% sucess rate.

    There isn't a single falcon on that location. The location for them is the southernmost one in the middle, 2 falcons, 1 at each edge.

    I got my Umbertail Falcon at the bottom of the farthest right island of Seirai Island.
