To unlock this quest, you have to complete both the main Event Quest, The Origin of the Lantern, and the first Lantern Rite Tales quest, City of Chores. Some quests are also time-locked, so check back once the event progresses!

Walkthrough

	Objectives
1	Enlarge Go to the marked location and talk to Siyu to begin the quest.
2	Enlarge Go to the marked location and talk to Wrench Wang to give him Siyu's Xiao Lantern.
3	Enlarge Go to the nearby location and talk to Hammer Li.
4	Enlarge Go to the marked location and talk to Wrench Wang. He's slightly hidden behind a wooden structure, but he should be on the edge of a wooden platform.
5	Enlarge Go to the marked location and interact with the glowing areas to collect the two planks Wrench Wang is asking for.
6	Enlarge Report back to Wrench Wang and give him the two wooden planks he was asking for. He will then ask you to check the inventory.
7	Enlarge Go to the marked location and interact with the glowing points to count the inventory. The third glowing point will be behind the boxes seen in the image.
8	Enlarge Go to the marked location and talk to Hammer Li again. He will ask you for a Xiao Lantern. If you already have a Xiao Lantern, skip the next step.
9	Enlarge Go to a crafting table and craft a Xiao Lantern. If you already have a Xiao Lantern in your inventory, you won't need to craft one for Hammer Li.
10	Enlarge Give Hammer Li a Xiao Lantern to complete the quest.
