The second event, Lantern Rite Tales, will have the player taking requests from the citizens of Liyue to increase the Festive Fever level during the Lantern Rite Event. Each part of the Lantern Rite Tales has 9 requests you can take, for a total of 27 requests.
In order to unlock the first Lantern Rite Tales requests, you will need to complete the world quest City of Chores.
In order to unlock the second part of Lantern Rite Tales requests, you will need to complete the world quest Wangshu Once Again.
