Original Resin won't be needed to participate in this event, just like previous events. You'll be free to play and participate as much as you want.

All That Glitters Guide

Similar to Albedo's release, Xiao's story quest will be integrated into the Lantern Rite as the first part of the event and will act as the unlock requirements.

Like the Chalk Prince and the Dragon event as well, the All That Glitters part of the event looks to be the Event Story Quests that will unlock after certain dates.
