Mini Seelie are special rewards obtainable from the Lost Riches Event. The Event Shop will give different Mini Seelie choices, but you may only choose one.
Mini Seelie can only be claimed from the Event Shop by using Coins that are found through Treasure Hunts! Each Mini Seelie in previous Lost Riches events costs 280 Coins.
It was announced that there the Lost Riches event will get a rerun in Version 3.0! The 3.0 Livestream also showed a new Green Mini Seelie pet as one of the rewards.

Mini Seelie are the first Pet items in Genshin Impact and float next to the player similar to how Paimon floats next to the Traveler.

Mini Seelie come in 5 different colors so far: Rosé (Pink), Curcuma (Yellow), Dayflower (Blue), Viola (Violet), and Moss (Green).
Other than their colors and description, there are not much difference between the Mini Seelies in terms of idle animation.
Mini Seelie are considered to be pets that you can equip even if you have a different gadget on. The only exception to this would be another pet like Endora or the Wind-Blessed Harpastum.
