Everyone be asking hoyo for better artifact systems, mondstat revival, dialogue skipping... All i want is for this to join the gacha PLEASE HOYO MAKE THIS EASIER TO GET :(

Mihoyo needs to sell this weapons in NPCs, or at least, lets us craft them with a more affordable recipe than 4* craftable weapons.
