Mihoyo needs to sell this weapons in NPCs, or at least, lets us craft them with a more affordable recipe than 4* craftable weapons.

I opened all the chests from Liyue. I didn't realize that weapons like this are only obtainable from chests and used them to upgrade some gotcha weapons. I feel so bad and really want to get them again. Is there any other way to get more exclusive weapons like this? I don't understand why mihoyo didn't make them exchangeable with starglitters or stardusts.
You mustve gotten the black tassel, white tassels comes exclusively from liyue chests, and few other weapons (Fillet Blade, Otherworldly Stories, and etc) are also regional chest exclusive.

Just received it from the chests on the floating island in Liyue
This isn’t from gatcha its only from liyue exquisite and up chests
