Vortex Vanquisher for Zhongli

Though it's Zhongli's signature weapon, the Vortex Vanquisher doesn't compare to the amount of damage and substats the likes of the Staff of Homa or the Primordial Jade Winged-Spear provides.

Though it increases shield strength, Zhongli already has an absurd amount that can be further increased by simply having an HP artifact mainstat.

Vortex Vanquisher in General

The Vortex Vanquisher is a solid alternative weapon, but Zhongli himself cant reach his max potential damage with it. Players will find more value in waiting and pulling for the Staff of Homa, the Primordial Jade Winged-Spear, or other 5-star characters.
