The blueprint for the Wind Catcher can only be unlocked by raising your reputation level in Mondstadt. You can raise it by doing quests, Request and Bounties in the Mondstadt area!

How to Use the Portable Waypoint

Place a Waypoint Wherever you Want

The Portable Waypoint will allow you to place a temporary waypoint wherever you want. The Portable Waypoint will last for 7 days after being placed. The waypoint you create will appear on the map, and can be teleported to just like a standard waypoint can.

The Portable Waypoint will be most useful in farming spots for specific materials which are far away from standard waypoints, allowing for easy access.

Only One can Be Active at a Time

Only one Portable Waypoint can be active at a time. If you try to place a new waypoint, the old one will dissappear. Be sure about each placement and use for the Portable Waypoint!
