Oculus Resonance Stones
It has been a huge demand from several players and Mihoyo's delivering it. A craftable compass for Oculi was added to Version 1.1. When used, it will scan a wide area to reveal all the nearby Oculi of the corresponding Element.

Wind Catcher
There's a new item that can allow you to call forth the wind spirits you pick up on your journey. They normally expire after a few minutes but with the item, you'll be able to summon them freely.
Portable Waypoint
Another huge demand from the playerbase has been answered by Mihoyo. You can now setup your own waypoints on areas you want to. Want to be able to port to that Crystal Chunk mining point? The portable waypoint's got your back. They only last for 7 days, however.

Another quality change is the portable stove that allows you to cook and process ingredients wherever you want.

Nutrition-Ready-to-Eat (NREs)
A gadget that allows you to place food in a bag that you can consume quickly by assigning it to a hotkey. This is a great addition and makes several no healer team comps viable (except on domains).
