    It seems that if you are like me and seek to use this item for the most "cost efficient" exp gain, then you have to drop your "world level" as low as you can to farm this... but I have yet to test this.

    Im at ar 55 tryin to level my Bennett to lv 70, it's stucked at lv 69, nice...need to 1k more exp but I don't have this item...how furiating
