The Stained Mask is an item that Hilichurls drops. It is possible to get it regardless of the type of Hilichurls, so you can also get it during the Hilichurls related Commissions like the A Small Step for Hilichurls and Increasing Danger.

Note: Stained Mask will not drop unless the enemy's level is 40 or higher.

Find Stained Mask Using Adventurer's Handbook

To get the Stained Mask, you need to defeat Hilichurls. To find the location of Hilichurls, use the Navigation feature, which is available from the Adventurer's Handbook. You can access the Adventurer's Handbook by opening the menu.

These camps don't have much structures. Only a few hilichurls can be found here.	These areas have watchtowers and are often Daily Commission targets. Ranged hilichurls and samachurls can be found here.	These village-like settlements contain a large amount of melee and ranged hilichurls.

You can get the Stained Mask by visiting Hilichurl Camps in different areas. The number of Hilichurls depends on the size of the camps; the larger the camps, the more Hilichurls spawns. So, this will also increase your chance of getting a Stained Mask.
