    Same person as the person who had the same problem, go to 2am-5am like before, elemental sight near the matching sundial, and clear alll the clusters, there is quite a few, in the circle around the sundial. Then, clear the big one like before, kill the eye of the storm like before, and then talk to the man and end the quest
