Controller Support for PC and MobileComment

am using a switch controller on pc, i have everything plugged in and connected, i also already have controller selected as my form onf input, but it isnt responding and when pushing buttons, it isn't doing anything.

I connected my wireless Xbox controller to my iPhone. I have the latest version of genshin downloaded but when I open the controls settings my controller doesn’t show up. I only get the touchscreen option. Anyone know how to fix this?

how can I conect my nintendo switch horipad to the game ? the problem is that the controller work perfectly on my pc BUT the game doesn't give the option to change control type

Every time I connect my PS4 controller the sound goes and I cannot hear a thing, the controller works fine but no audio. I have tried going into audio settings but still no luck, any solutions are welcome.

I really hope I can carry my day 1 save data (and paid content) from my mobile to my Switch, when the port releases.

I still imagine if I can use my wireless controller with my smartphone to play this game... woowww...

My xbox one controller freezes the game

I cannot get it to recognise my paired Playstion 4 controller. When I select Controller as the Control Type it only seems to offer Xbox One controllers as the setup. Then I can't change back to Keyboard so I have to reset the game.

It doesn't work though. I plug my ps4 controller in ( I dont use DS4) doesnt work.
