am using a switch controller on pc, i have everything plugged in and connected, i also already have controller selected as my form onf input, but it isnt responding and when pushing buttons, it isn't doing anything.
I connected my wireless Xbox controller to my iPhone. I have the latest version of genshin downloaded but when I open the controls settings my controller doesn’t show up. I only get the touchscreen option. Anyone know how to fix this?

Windows thinks it is a speaker, really messy to just trying to connect. I'm using scptoolkit program myself, it is free and you can find tutorials how to set it up. Works really well with PS3 and PS4 controllers.
I had the same thing. First you need to turn on your controller before starting the game, worked for me. Using PS4 controller.

Every time I connect my PS4 controller the sound goes and I cannot hear a thing, the controller works fine but no audio. I have tried going into audio settings but still no luck, any solutions are welcome.
I really hope I can carry my day 1 save data (and paid content) from my mobile to my Switch, when the port releases.

My xbox one controller freezes the game
my xbox 360 controller doesn't work
I cannot get it to recognise my paired Playstion 4 controller. When I select Controller as the Control Type it only seems to offer Xbox One controllers as the setup. Then I can't change back to Keyboard so I have to reset the game.
