>>11329 we are talking about dmg here. and cyno does compareable to her (cyno still does more in quickbloom). nobody cares about raw dmg only when this game clearly loves reactions. fischl just does better than job than her as sub dps while staying completely off field. nobody cares about snipe. only helpful for what? overworld lol. forced to use kokopium circle impact is another reason why kuki hyperbloom is just superior.
