when were there so many raiden simps? it's pretty clear that clorinde and varesa are better unless raiden is in hyperbloom. and kuki would be better than her in that scenario, because of her sustain.
raiden hyperbloom: 114k dps clorinde: 100-110k dps varesa : 105-110k dps raiden c0: 60k dps raiden c2: 90k dps this is extremely clean, there's really no arguing about it

I don’t understand why not being the best dps of an element will take you down a tier. A lot of the A tier characters are better than the S tier ones, yet they are taken down 1 tier just because they are not the best dps of that element.
additionally, I would rather use kuki, every team needs a sustain
Thing is, hyperbloom Raiden does not benefit from her C2 at all.
clorinde is 105k, varesa is 109k, c2 raiden is 94k, but a c0 hyperbloom raiden is 114k. i would still argue that she is the highest dps electro character.
clorinde c0 on finale of the deep is literally better than c2 raiden

how many hits are a tick? I have see a neuvi 40k life and >250% crit damage c0r1 and each hit is between 30-40k.
that's so low my c0r1 neuv hits for 94k per tick, is Ur neuv build so trash or u using proto amber
like 50-60k considering your furina makes up for it as well
ok c2 raiden, c2 mavuika at the top of ss tier, and the rest at s tier probably
