And in at second, Pyro! At first I wasn't sure I'd put it this high, as its really only Mavuika that released throughout Natlan, and one character does not an element make, but the more I put this together, the more sense this spot seemed to make, given that Arlecchino, Chevreuse and Gaming have all been widely successful and that the elements reactions have received a huge level of support. All this coupled with just how appalling a state Pyro was in at the start of Fontaine, its in 2nd.
Next up, Electro. This is perhaps the element that has remained the most stable over the last 2 years. Despite the way the Dev's seem to have experimented most with it. Fun DPS characters like Varesa and Clorinde remain flexible while Ororon and Ineffa have continued to provide the elements trademark turrets, meanwhile Iansan brings a possible alternative to Benny and Overload is finally a valid reaction. So Electro sits neatly in 3rd place.
Now, Cryo This is a tricky one as of all the elements it's perhaps shown some of the best improvements. Particularly with Citlali and Escoffer, buffing both its reactions with other elements and buffing its older DPS's who were all getting quite outpaced by mid Fontaine, let alone Natlan. Add on the powerhouse Skirk and this could have put it close to the top of the rankings, but the way its reliant on multiple 5-star units while seeming to neglect 4* units bugs me, so I'm docking it to 4th.
And now having dropped several places over the last two years, Dendro. Its doubtless lost steam in the more recent Meta's, even with a lot of great hydro and electro teams provided by Fontaine. But it does still hold out in one area with Burning. Kinich has worked fairly well, and Emilie feels to me to be massively underrated, and its this that puts it above Anemo in 5th place.
Next is Anemo. Why so low? Well despite the Chasca being a fairly successful DPS this year, Anemo is far better when it releasees support characters and while Lan Yan was good and Xianyun very good, in the end game content I still even now seem to be using Sucrose and Kazuha, first edition characters. So, till Sandrone launches Anemo is 6th place.
Given Nod Krai is out in a few hours, I thought I'd do something special. An Elemental ranking! Tho the weeks ahead will doubtless lead to my list here being irrelevant, this seemed a good way to give my thoughts on the current meta. So, in last place is Geo. Tho the last 2 years have given us the excellent Navia and Xilonen, they have largely succeeded by avoiding the core aspects of Geo, while a character like Chiori shows how Geo is still lacking when sticking to its core traits.
Eh, it gave us a break from the constant rat racing between which mid-tier Pyro/Electro DPS is better

If you don't like Japanese dub, you can try Chinese or Korean dubs also. There might be one you like.

Scara only needs C6 Faruzan, he can use literally any supports (Yunjin, Mika, Furina, Bennett) in the rest of the team, meanwhile XIao needs a team to carry his aging ass XDDD
