That comment was a response to another comment and if you read both you can see that it means Hu Tao is not one of the top 2 pyro dps, but is still good enough to use. Which is entirely correct, Hu Tao is nowhere near Mavuika or Arlecchino, but like all the A rank dps is still quite usable.

Sadly she isn't. Lyney, Arlecchino, Mavuika, and even C6 Gaming are a bit stronger. She is still good tho ofc.

you can still play the new content (or most of it) with the old team and get a new 5* after the time to update your team (dailies + events) can give an extra boost. By years your missing fontain, Natlan some Nodkrai and maybe some Sumeru parts. The main dmg SS section here is about 1,5-2 Years before chars are moved down and yeah powercreep exists like in the most games.
Are you high. If you use hydro dps it's not bennett fault you're stupid. He is made for different type of dps, get yourself a mavuika or arlecchino and shut up
stop complaining and crying, and zhongli is still the best shielder, don't be a baby
Varesa, Flins, Clorinde, are all strong enough (100k dps+) so choose your favourite
back to game after years and literally all my former SS tier characters are now on garbage tier except the supports. however those supports are again barely used anywhere despite being on high tier. like my chad bennett cannot help with my new mualani damage. zhongli is barely versatile now. using him means losing a lot dps. man i hate powercreep

Neuv and raiden hyperbloom > varesa/flins keep dreaming
about 105 chars there are thounds better chars... please check your math skills. Its true, that the exploration list is not up to date and some chars sre overrated.
Genuinely worst tier list top dpses are: Mav (by a long shot) -> Skirk -> Varesa/Flins -> Alre -> etc. That is jist how the calculations are you can’t argue with the math Mav,Skirk,Varesa and Flins have the highest dps in the game by miles Nev has to use Inffea to get close and Inffea ende up doing more damage then the actual dps. Moreover, why is he even on SS on the exploration list???? There are 1000s of better characters.
