c2 raiden is 118k DPS dumb guy, where u got 70k, I know you were dumb but this level of dumbness is beyond pathetic, it makes me feel sorry
Just give up at this stage, you have no idea what you are talking about and you are calling people who are just smarter than you "dumb". Raiden hyperbloom does not benefit from her C2 at all. Raiden carry is like 70k dps, so 50% increase of that is still less than C0 Clorinde or Arlecchino, let alone C2. But generally, people should just pull cons for their favorite characters, pulling entire C2 5-stars just for meta (they will be powercrept in a year) is a massive waste. <3

As someone who has Lauma and is considering getting Nefer... Yeah, Nefer might just be locked to S tier and gradually powerscaled down. Her biggest claim to fame is that she's the only Dendro DPS that isn't complete dogwater by this point. Just okay enough to get past the awful nonsense IT and SO may sling our way
