Damn after testing flins around his damage is so much stronger than chlorine, why have I doubted this man he is top 3 DPS for sure

wrio is worst than ayaka now, since esco makes ayaka 104k dps now, wrio doesnt even reach that even with melt or esco freeze wrio

Baizhu also needs his burst for his maximum healing potential. And when both Yoyo and Baizhu use their skill AND burst, Yoyo heals more. Although Yoyo's auto-targeting is awful sadly.
arle and clorinde have higher than neuvi dps. neuvi's benefit is survivability and comfort, but that doesn't really matter anymore. he's really nice in the over world though, it's awesome
yao needs her burst for max healing capability
Neuvillette is pretty similar to Chasca
Saying Neuvi's damage is not impressive anymore, but then saying pull Arle or Clorinde...? Yaoyao can heal with her skill too lmao. Moonpiercer is a craftable spear that gives an ATK buff like TTDS. Baizhu's shields are thinner than paper. His reaction buff is nice tho.
neuvillette's damage is not impressive anymore. for pure meta, pull someone like mavuika(w/citlali) or skirk(w/escoffier). if you want someone more flexible and not reliant on someone, try arle, clorinde, or varesa.
healing is not everything a character needs to be good. baizhu has a shield, reaction buffs, more dendro app, ttds availability, and skill reliant healing rather than burst reliant healing.
he's still good and literally works with anyone (except main dps of course) is just that people loves more to see calcs from a excel that actually play the game. He help me in SO fearless against the Fatui
