(2) New Mono-Furina Teams are different. The new meta isnt about getting more hits with Sub-DPS support. Instead new Fontaine characters are releasing with buffing mechanic's biased on HP loss/gain that scale's there DPS. This is one reason players were surprised at Neuvi DPS output being his direct damage. Kokomi, is a fantastic support, so will stay relevant but her kit doesn't have anything built in to take advantage of the new HP mechanic's. So I don't see her being a main DPS.
you guys always compare Neuvi dmg vs Kokomi dmg 1vs1 and its true that Neuvi better BUT what i mean is Kokomi can triggering Yelan NA burst while also healing to get Furina buff. That's literally 3 dps Kokomi/Furina/Yelan/Kazuha will end up better than Neuvi/Furina/Baizhu/Kazuha, 3 > 2 simple af. Add to the fact Mono Kokomi will be immortal while Neuvi comp will have a chance to die. Single target is not the problem when Kazuha group all of them together.
so hyperbloom raiden used more than dps raiden so dps raiden bad? f2p ayaka or f2p hu tao are most copium shit i ever seen, their team need full 5* to be viable so why whining about mono kokomi? not running a healer plus furina is a dead wish. You need a teamwide healer to actually get her buff. Even Neuvi still need healer if he want to use Furina, himself may not be in danger but the 3 others NEED hp to get the buff.
neuivillette and most dps don’t even need a healer lol and furina becomes one herself anyway so it’s not needed. Keep in mind that furina won’t just buff kokomi, she’ll buff any dps than can work with her and that includes neuvillette who we know is the best currently so he’ll just get better along with the others which will make it harder for Kokomi to actually powercreept them especially if she needs top supports that would benefit a better dps.
If your currently running Mono hydro Kokomi as a DPS driver, over Bloom or Taser Kokomi. Before Furina launches, Then your doing it wrong. Now when Furina launches, the is an expectation that mono hydro will be valid, and I can see Kokomi bringing a lot to that team. But team builds tend to be more complicated than; 'I run 4 top tiers, so it must is best!'

it’s not that lol, what people are saying is kokomi needs all those characters to be at most S teir when they can be used for characters like Hu Tao, ayaka, and neuvillette who do and will still do much bigger dmg than her. Plus they can be replaced (except for Childe but his team is mostly 4 stars) if you don’t have those characters like xingqiu for yelan and venti/sucrose for Kazuha and would still be better than kokomi. Furina won’t only buff her either so kokomi isn’t powercreeping
well neuvillette is kind of the most broken dps we have, I’m not suprised he’s on top when no other dps can top his dmg currently.
Neuvillette is the best character in GENSHIN HISTORY (IN THE PAST AND FUTURE). Can defeat weekly bosses in seconds on SOLO mode.
if you guys consider Hu Tao whose only team is double hydro, Ayaka whose only team is freeze, Childe whose only team is International at SS tier then Kokomi will also SS or even SSS. Stop underestimate fish queen.
damn, people here really dont know how powerful mono hydro Kokomi is. Kokomi, Yelan, XQ and Kazuha already a good option, now imagine Furina Neuvi and most your dps can't utility both Furina and Yelan NA proc while needing a healer. Kokomi solved all of them while also deal good damage. With a team Kokomi, Furina, Yelan, Kazuha. Kazuha do the grouping, VV while 3 others deal damage and bring more dps than Neuvi's dps AND IMMORTAL by Kokomi healing.
nah, she’ll be a tier at most and that’s only if you have the team which I wouldn’t recommend since they are better used with stronger dps who will also get better with furina release. So no, dps kokomi ain’t powercreep isn’t anyone, she’ll just be a decent and expensive option is all.

Real Top DPS Tier List: SS++ = Neuvillette SS+ = Alhaitam SS = Hu Tao, Kamisato Ayaka
Hu Tao still has her uses, but Ayaka should definitely be dropped a rank Hu Tao will probably stay up there until Arlekino replaces her
