Lyney work, you can just use her Healing mode as to not apply Hydro
Furina can work with any Fontaine character that has a lose and gain hp mechanic (basically all) not just healers. Yes she will buff them but that doesn’t mean they are necessarily needed to use her. Neuv, wrio, lyney (wouldn’t recommend cause of mono pyro) can all work with furina without any healers and I believe Hu Tao can too though it’s more risky.
not worthless, she still the best healer (might change with furina release) and can be used in many dendro related teams. The only issue is people thinking her mono hydro will surpass all which we all know it won’t but let’s wait and see how things turn out.
it will be a solid team but hyperbloom/taser would still be better, you can run Neuv and furina with baizu raiden and Kazuha/nahida for the hyperbloom and you can replace Kazuha for furina in taser and it would still do more dmg than a mono hydro Neuv team. Don’t listen to all those saying mono hydro kokomi will be top tier, it’ll only allow her to rival few dps teams but not be the best so you should still run Neuv in reaction teams even with furina cause she can heal the team anyway.
you don’t need a sub dps if your running neuvillette unless your doing it for reactions so he’d benefit more from supports. And again, Neuv has self healing so furina will still heal the party lol. Mono kokomi isn’t as amazing as you think and the fact that’s is so expensive, uses the top supports and still won’t be able to actually beat other dps team like Hu Tao, Ayaka, Childe, alhaitham, lyney and neu just makes a waste unless you want dps kokomi.

My man forgot that Furina gives healing bonus and if one character heal (whose heal source is not Furina) overflows Furina will heal the entire party and considering that Neuvillette can heal around 50% of his health and adding to that the healing bonus than the heal will overflow

also want to add that your don’t need a second dps for neuvillette, you need buffers.
exactly people keep forgetting this, that kokomi set up will only make kokomi a dps but it won’t be better than every dps team. Neuvillette is not in need of furina and can still be used in reaction teams so kokomi won’t put dps him. And like you said they will be losing some furina buffs as well because of her mechanics. That team is just expensive and still isn’t enough to truly be the “best meta team” but we’ll have to wait and see.

Again, will your MonoHydro setup really out DPS Reaction biased teams, like Taser or Bloom? After all, a team with a main DPS and two effective Sub-DPS isn't new, its basically the standard. It's also odd that you're so confident, when this team doesn't really use any of the HP scaling buffs that Furina is built to apply? Lastly, if your that worried about CC, wouldn't Freeze offer more than Kaz/Venti? Of course, welcome to run it however you want, 'its your account, your rules.'
Neuvi/Furina/a healer here/Kazuha, only 2 dealing damage. Neuvi/Furina/a sub dps here/Kazuha, who gonna heal? Neuvi/Furina/a sub dps here/Jean, you lost the CC, dps loss meanwhile Kokomi/Furina/Yelan/Kazuha have both CC and 3 dealing damage. That simple af, why neuvi stans keep crying. just you wait, mono hydro Kokomi will be top tier or even best. and Kokomi didn't need crit too so she can use HoD unlike some midtier dragon has to rely on Marechaussee Hunter.
her healing form only heal on field character with no ER, appilcation. while her attack form drain the entire team. So no, using Furina have to using a healer. not even bennett or kuki. A teamwide one.
I think that’s very good too, the chances of you dying would be super low due to the amount of healing going on and neuvi would get buffed from both furina and Kazuha as well as double hydro buff. I know some think you’d lack reactions which in turn is wasting his passive but the thing about him is he doesn’t need it, him on his own does super high dmg and it’s why he can be run in any team including mono hydro.
For the whole healing part of furina kit I think neuvillette self healing is fine and if that’s not how it works then I’m pretty sure you can run the team with any healer other than kokomi like baizu, diona and maybe charlotte for reactions rather than just mono hydro. Only downside is you need a sheilder unless c1 or can dodge very well when using CA so running hyperbloom will be harder unless you have baizu but you can run any other team.
I think it will be a very solid team, and it is a setup I will be trying out. (indeed, I'm running both Neuvi and Konkomi together at the mo.) But it might perhaps be playing it too safe with an overabundance of healing and Hydro? So, I am wondering if a character like Diona with her cryo application and shielding might work out more effectively? Freeze also means you can generally run less healing and CC. But honestly, Furina's kit looks compilated. So will need more experimentation.
what would happen if you replaced yelan with Neuviellite and ran a mono hydro with him along with kokomi instead?

don’t all Fontaine characters already heal? And I’m pretty sure furina herself can do so too so we’ll have to wait and see but I highly doubt kokomi will actually be better than Hu so, alhaitham or Neu.
(1) Again, Kokomi is currently used as a main onfield driver for teams because she has excellent Hydro Application and EM. This is generally why Hydro with its flexibility has been considered the best element for a long while, but it also means you will see a large drop-off on DPS if currently running mono hydro. (this is also why DPS Raiden is good, Hyperbloom Raiden is better.) Also, a quick look at your team suggests that it is in fact Yelan who is doing all the DPS.
