they dont need their burst. you could still make them hit hard even tho their burst left at only lvl 5. for neuv you should prioritize his CA. for haitham you should prioritize his skill.
she isn't trash, like ayaka she needs proper talents and artifacts to do something... but when they have they are absolute destruction....
So what defines an SS now is how hard is to build the character? Sorry but this is just trash. How hard is to build a character doesn't have anything to do with how good it is... by that logic then Hu tao needs to go ss too..the way u define an ss needs to be logical and defined which clearly seems to start not to be on this tier list...

heard she might be a dmg dealer scaling on def and her weapon can apparently be used on albedo so she might use sword with def stat as her signature.
Alhaitham and Neuvillette still need their burst. However their burst is not the damage itself but more like to make their source of damage more accessible. Alhaitham needs his burst to generate mirrors which is parts of his elemental skills Neuvillette uses his burst to generate more droplets to quickly uses his CA. Altho they are not technically reliant on it because their damage source can be accessed via other sources than elemental burst

she is def scaling. feel like she will end up buffing team that has gorou itto albedo.

And as a Navia main I'm waiting for Chiori release to put Navia in SS
ngl I would put Venti C0 in SS tier, not higher than Kazuha but still he deserves it
since this tier list is meant to tell new players who they should pull for meta, Ayaka being lower than Hu Tao is ok since HuTao is easier and earlier farmable in early game and doesn't rely so much on crit then Ayaka at first, making building her much easier before 5 star artifacts (just slap hp and big numbers), in end game they're more or less equal but elemental reactions makes Hu Tao more flexible, since lots of bosses aren't freezable
Angry Thrifty Mona ahah, but I agree all the chars are good if built decently, Ayaka still does good dmg, it's just that the abyss isn't easily clearable with freeze as before, so her usage went down. Anyway all characters are good if you're willing to invest on them, my newly built sprinting Mona does 20k per timed bomb lol
Wow from what I learned Yelan, Raiden, Kokomi, Yae and Kuki all still see extensive use in top tier teams. Itto, Ayato, Shenhe, Yoimiya and yes, Ayaka are also still clearing Abyss without much fuss. Yun Jin, Sara, Thoma and Gorou are highly specialized, but this does make them best in slot homeware. 1 character going down from SS>S after nearly 2 years is in my view an indication of a reasonably healthy meta. If you prefer to try and troll about it, OK. But could you try harder?
wow from what i learned, the 2.x characters are all useless except yelan.
tbf ayaka can still be played as quick swap. but she struggles a lot more if she stays off field too long cuz she cant catch energy particles. big chunk of her dps is from her ult. haitham and neuv arent reliant in their ult.
kokopium and shenhe will also be joining here. only kazuha the flexible and actually useful unit from her team is still thriving.
