mine is consistent idk what you talking about lol. just accept it xiao is only easier to use in aoe. my hu tao and diluc plunging outdamages xiao by a lot.

Better dmg ceiling with less consistency and much worse AoE. This does not make him stronger
It is literally the same thing using 2 pc WT 2pc Witch as 4 pc Witch since I don't use his E skills to stack because it can mess up the vapes and as you can see those 2 WT pieces are also godlike pieces enough to put me that high in a different set's ranking. He does around 260k to 280k plunge damage which is considerably higher than Xiao's 180k to 200k plunge damage but you can't just plunge FAST with Diluc. If you're spamming plunge then you're simply missing most of the vapes.
diluc scales far better with vertical investment and has better dmg ceiling than xiao. xiao reached his peak already with his current plunge team. c6 faruzan/c2 xianyun furina what more to improve? diluc has vape/melt more stats in general that can be buffed.
with benny on instructor easily 300-400k plunge vape/melt.
my diluc with less than 100 em can already do 200k per plunge with 4pc crimson witch. while xiao with r2 pjws 4pc vermillion at most only do 100k plunges lol
So he gets carried by XL and easily replaceable but every other DPS who work with XL is fine? Nitpick at its finest lmao.
xianyun already makes everyone plunge fast like xiao. and diluc can vape/melt why you dont want to include that. his plunge not vaping still hits harder than crit xiao plunge. youre just skill issue playing diluc if hes slower than xiao thats just facts. give him 4pc crimson witch for proper comparison.
Dude I have them both in their strongest teams, both can clear 12-1-2 in 17 secs and Xiao has much better advantage against multi target situations

Diluc hits harder than Xiao but he is not faster than Xiao even in single target because of Furina's inconsistent hydro application and ICD problem (this is more transparent in AoE. Got a Diluc with cracked artifacts myself but he is simply worse than Xiao all things considered Diluc also does not hit harder than Xiao withoit vape since Xiao gets 95% damage bonus from his burst so idk why you're posting their talent multipliers here
