New characters tend to be better, I can 100% guarantee arle, will shit on lyney, at c0 and c6 level of investments, let's not forget arle is already better in terms of damage, while being easier to play than lyney, its ok to waste ur primos on a fraud product like lyney, hope u learned ur lesson though

you do know tc calculate from beta scalings right? there will be no more change since we are only 2 days away from her banner. she has no nuke to frontload her dmg making her not the top choice for speedrun her kit is pyro infusion from skill ult bol so she can NA. she is melee yoimiya who drains hp.
don’t get me wrong, i love lyney. But Arlecchino haven’t been released yet so we actually don’t know anything. the income we can find things out is by “leaks” and sometimes they are 50/50. so let truly wait for her releases to know how good she is
