I could say the same bout Neuv's C1 or Hu Tao's C1 or other constellations of subs and supports (Furina's C2 or Xiangling's C4 or Xingqiu's C6 or Bennett's C1 [or C6 depending on which team comp he's in] and more) and still all those are meta. Saying her C2 isn't meta or is weak just like that a-hole is, that's just plain false: I get Genshin's roster is made to evolve in time and eventually we'll get even stronger characters in versions 5 and/or 6 and further but c'mon

Most people get her as support, C2 is a ok dps increase but at C0 she already deals good dmg, not as much as other proper dps but usable, carried me to my first 36 abyss on rational so even tho she's behind the meta now she still holds a dear place in my heart

Hmm I do not know whom you are calling arle simp cuz I am not pulling her nor her simp nor do I like her overall gameplay that would make me want to pull her but she does way better than raiden at low investment she can hit higher than C2 Raiden. C2 used to be good but not anymore. If a character needs cons to be actually good than I dont think that character is really good no? Cons increase overall performance but not everyone can afford or save up for it.

Raiden mains have never said bad things about other characters unlike you all other simps, they're simply defending their character with her known skills since Raiden IS a great unit, other fanbases tho are all about shitting on everyone to get their character up, and that's disgusting
