Mualani is definitely better than Neuvilette.
Everyone's going to get sidelined. It's just a matter of picking the characters that're less likely to get sidelined too soon: Good AoE, good Elemental application, good multi-hit, self-sustaining/fulfilling conditions, flexible compatibility, good/manual targeting, healing, not being Geo (unless they're a non-Geo-centered support like Xilo), etc. It's harder for Hoyo to make a character obsolete if they have a solid core beyond blatant powercreep and/or hyper-specific character checks.
Pull Columbina if you like her, skip her if you don't. Or a more meta take, if you want to make a great Nod-Krai team get Columbina, if you don't want a Nod-Krai team then you can skip her if you like. Doesn't change the fact that Columbina's Nod-Krai teams will be top tier DPS, even ignoring the gimmicks, and none of us know what the game's future holds. Lastly, if you refuse to pull on characters just because they might get side-lined eventually then you can't really pull on anyone.
bro that's underwhelming ngl, keep in mind the gap from Fontaine DPS to Natlan DPS is way higher going from 90k DPS to 140k DPS that's a big gap from Fontaine DPS to natlan dps. So going from natlan DPS to nodkrai with the increase not being as big ain't looking good. I'd rather wait for the last region of cryo for potential 180k to 200k DPS baseline
Columbina is basically just a more restricted version of Furina and there's no actual point of pulling on her banner besides making your "lunar" teams stronger. And at the same time lunar teams are already strong enough to clear current content without her help. While Furina and Xilonen (natlan's support unit) both could work well in any team, Columbina besomes almost useless outside her 3 teams.

no, columbina didnt overated. she is really strong unit thats bost every char damage to 100k if u pair with lauma and inefa. she also bost Nefer and flins best team +- 120k dps to +-150k dps. she also best for zibai +-130k dps, equal to skirk premium. u better not to miss her.
both are same, in terms of difficulty ngl, try using zani qs, its very hard to do as well.
What a huge lie… Genshin’s mechanics are completely different. For me, maximizing a character’s damage in Genshin is much harder. And we have to do it to beat Difficulty 6 or Dire in Stygian Onslaught with C0 characters.
