And Skirk suffers for it greatly when Abyss/Theater doesn't facilitate a strict Freeze comp. The "power of the resulting team" is only present when you're able to use the team in the first place. There's two games these characters are being played in: Genshin Impact, and being one step ahead of Hoyo's shilling scheme. You want a healthy balance of both power to brute force HP inflation and flexibility to tackle gunpoint roster checks
Wouldn't it depend on the power of the resulting teams? Since the ranks are determined by the best team's strength with little regard to flexibility. After all Skirk has pretty much no team flexibility and is SS rank.
Pretty much all sources of information are biased, which is why you should always compare several different sources before deciding what to believe. Blindly trusting any one source is a recipe for disaster.
So... restrictiveness archon > flexibility archon ?
this is terrible and heavily based on biases. kinda tragic that some people will rely on that, almost gave me a heart attack
Why not put a columbina dps tier and build ? its a playable stile

Raiden, Hu Tao, and Navia should be placed in the same tier as Arlecchino. Their new wheelchair teams with Columbina and Inefa are now on par with — or even stronger than — Arlecchino’s best team. 🤭

If Columbina's rating justification includes the word "versatile" anywhere within her pros, you'll KNOW Game8 is being paid off and/or held at gunpoint
