Hu Tao is just Yoimiya’s copium version. The only thing that makes Hu Tao any viable and playable is Staff of Homa and C1, if you don’t have these you’re playing Yoimiya but 2x worse
Except for Hu Tao, she doesn’t need crits and is fine with just em and hp. And that’s why she’s peak and you still jealous

What the heck are you talking about? Who was talking about Hu Tao? (Also I have her and she's benched at lvl 51 but I digress). Every dps is a nightmare to farm artifacts for. That's a fact.
Plus to reach hutaos damage cieling you gotta master dash cancels (preferably with her c1) meanwhile with arle just press e > switch through her team > switch back and spam attacks.
I love my hutao but i will say arlecchino is much easier to build. Hutao needs to level both her skill and normal and needs a balance of crit rate+crit damage+hp+atk+em, and you also have to factor in things like the hp to atk conversion cap. Plus hutao is basically locked to a vaporise team with yelan or xinqiu. Meanwhile arlecchino only need attack levels to deal damage, and all she needs is crit rate+crit damage+atk. She can also fit in any team (vape, melt, hypercarry).

What does "easy to build" even mean...? Every dps needs crit artifacts which are entirely rng dependent.
Arle has to be the most overrated dps of all time, like seriously: She's great but there is a way better and easier to build pyro dps right next to her. Arle should be around Kinich's placement.

Imo it's Mavuika who should be deleted from the game for this reason. She should've been a second Bennett, not the 12th Pyro dps which powercrept everyone before her.

From my experience Arlecchino should be S rank at C0 and only be SS rank at C2+. Her C0 have many restriction and need more patience for mark.
Well no crap Fischl and Mavuika distribute so much DPS in those specific team comps. You're playing Overload. You're constantly blowing enemies out of range of your would-be drivers
Fishcl distributes one third of arlecchino dps, meanwhile people complains about mavuika dealing one third of clorinde overall dps, this tier list needs an update soon
