the actual order is Mav> Gamingc6 = Arlecchino > Diluc = Lyney = Hu Tao (Diluc can be better if you have his c2)
ACTUAL theory crafters (Zajef77, TheGenshinScientist, etc) are basically all in agreement that Arlecchino is easily in the top 4, and potentially in the top 3 of main dps currently.

C6 Kazuha is NOT the 3rd best support at c6. Furina, Xilonen, Nahida, Citlali, Bennett, Escoffier, chevreuse, iansan and Mavuika are better. There's no difference between c0 kazuha and c6 kazuha except 200 em extra which characters don't need anymore. Ugh

Guys chill, everybody will get powercrept eventually if we look where the game is going since Natlan released. The peak powercreep is yet to come! Next regions are the most hyped ones in genshin and I tell ya they won't hold themselves to release another game breaking character soon.

A good question, I've also found Ganyu useful lately as a SUB-DPS on Mavuika teams. But it's likely just timing, the list is due for updates with 5.7 and with more possible buffs to Cryo on the way we may see a promotion then.
