Kinich should actually be considered for Sub-DPS for his Ult. He has almost 100% burst up-time and its damage is pretty good. IMO he'd probably fall around A tier for Sub-DPS, especially if someone like Thoma, who relies solely on his burst, is considered a Sub-DPS.
