How tf is Illuga not at S tier minimum if Zibai, in her best, is SS?

As a casual player i’d say play what you like my team is varesa/jean/inasan/Columbia it works and in have fun
"Who also has the edge of potentially staying relevant for long periods of time." Zibai is shackled to Columbina - who'd rather be with other also hyper-restrictive teams - and C6 Illuga. If being unable to play in any scenario that doesn't cater to Lunar-Hydro-Crystallized doesn't boot someone out of SS, I'm scared to imagine what these tierlist makers think is (or how big a gun Hoyo is putting to their heads to keep their shilled characters at SS)

Ineffa, Columbina and Lauma are running this game like a navy tbh
80EM from C1, 35% Lunar Reaction Bonus from C6, 120EM to Nefer teams from Forest Regalia, 120EM from Instructor or Nod Krai's set. It's not as if you need more than that to be considered as Supports. Many characters on the Support chart buff less than that.

Been bothering my for awhile why is geo traveler so low? like their easy to build and hit incredibly hard like why so low?
add columbina somewhere in main dps, I think A tier
because the artifact set do most of the support and not Aino. For the 80 em, which do not stack you also need her at C1. The most talentd etc. buffs her own off field dmg
Huh, why isnt aino in support? Is giving the team 80em and 35% lunar dmg plus 120em and 10% lunar dmg with silken moon serenade not enough to count as a support? Honestly shes way more of a support than a sub dps her dmg is caacaa
of course this is mostly due to ineffa carrying the team, but we shouldn't ignore the value he gives to the team. his EM scaling allows you to max the 36% lunar reaction bonus from the ascendant gleam buff. 40% shred from VV. 40% LC bonus if c2. he also has some grouping capabilities. the only problem with him is that he has low dps and requires to be on-field. still, i think he deserves at least an A rating for being a niche on-field driver for wheelchair LC teams
I like Ifa too, but his problem is his healing is too low and scales of EM, if it was depending on ATK, then his support+dps potential would be better (his passive buffs lunar charge)
isn't this more due to fact, that ifeffa is more flexible in this point, or is carrying the team?
Ifa could be a bit higher imo. The broron bineffa combo is quite competitive
by the size of the sub dps block and support block you can move the first 3 S chars to the SS block
