There is one exceptionally well written Genshin character tho, Scaramouche!
Lore is amazing in this game, and the gameplay is really fun and innovative, characters have great writing too, so Genshin falls short compared to EoS. For example, Little Rasi and Denise are such complex characters that any genshin character feels like a joke
Out of curiosity I checked out what the hell is the game you're talking about, and gotta be honest, I haven't laughed like that in a while. There's no way someone will choose THAT over genshin.

wait, did you say "more damage"...? C0 Kaeya does a solid 30% more damage than C0 Rosaria! The only thing Rosaria has over him is the crit rate buff, which tbh is nice.
Rosaria only applies Cryo once every 2 sec, Kaeya even at C0 applies Cryo a bit more often. Also, even in the C6 tier list, Kaeys is in C-tier... 💀
kaeya needs c6 to be useful for gaming, mavuika, or arlecchino rosaria has much more cryo application especially with c2, more dmg, and a 15% crit rate buff
Kaeya in C-tier while Rosaria is in A-tier is all the proof you need that this website doesn't bother to test free characters, even if they are good.

clorinde's best overload team definitely gets past varesa's best teams. without that team she falls off though, clorinde aggravate/taser is shit

Clorinde has no team that would out-perform Varesa's best team tho. However, she does have more teams overall. For peak damage: Varesa > Clorinde > Raiden Flexibility: Raiden = Clorinde > Varesa Who you should pull: Pull whoever you enjoy the playstyle of most!
