How to Get Each Krumkake Bolt

Raise the Krumkake Craftshop Meeting Point Level to 4
You can obtain one Krumkake Bolt by reaching Level 4 at the Meeting Point: Clink-Clank Krumkake Craftshop.
Take note that in addition to the necessary 30 Luna Sigil for leveling up, you must also get 70% of exploration progress on Lempo Isle in order to reach level 4.
Reach Friendship 6 with Aino and Ineffa
Aino and Ineffa will also reward you with Krumkake Bolt after you raise their respective Friendship Level to 6.

Exchange in the Workshop's Trove
Krumkake Bolts are used to exchange toolboxes in the Workshop's Trove. You can access the Workshop's Trove by speaking with Knuckle Duckle while Aino or Ineffa are in your party.
There are just two toolboxes, which cost four Krumkake Bolts apiece.
