You can't. Stop misleading people. The feature you're talking about only applies to sandbox, which is an EDITOR for creators. The mode is built into the game and you cannot do anything about that.
You can at least turn off the updates for Miliastra in the Launcher to save storage space in upcomming updates.
I can't believe they designed a whole game that doesn't give you any actual rewards for the main actual game. Not a single primogem nor wish can be acquired from this, which Hoyo has already taught us in the past, means "You can completely ignore this". Unless they implement some actual rewards in future patches, I can see this being thrown away after a month, just like the TCG (except that one at least gave you some rewards at the beginning)
This is another trash feature after the TCG, people will play it on day one and forget about it afterward. They should have separated this mode into its own game, so it doesn't take up too much storage space.
More trash that costs valuable storage space. Made the mistake clicking on that garbage and the game threw me out five times because there was a new update every two seconds. There is a mobile game similar to that, forgot what it was called. If I wanna play that, then I play that. Hoyo really needs to put in all sort of garbage. First that dumb card game now this trash.

No freemogem = no playing this mode. Im not really care for gacha skin so nahhh
I would like to take a moment to remind people that in the past events have had mini games with customization in some form including of players making their own challenge domains. Those events were popular among players and they have asked for them to return, so one can conclude this new mode is for the TON of players that enjoyed those events. so before you complain that this doesn’t belong in genshin and no one asked for this just think on that first.

Dude. this solve the issue of content. it ensures you always have something to do. given a million players are going to the ability to create way more content compare to a single dev team.
dude nothing been official on that. Leaks do not count as official. we will have no idea how good or bad. or even if there is a gacha until official information is release. you could say yeah gacha is likely. given it a gacha game.
For those who don't know this is basically a different game and it has own modes, own skins, menu, and even own gacha system with own currency. The dumbest part is it being inside of genshin. They probably didn't wanna spend too much money to make it a new game so now half employees gonna work on this instead of actual genshin🤣.
