turns out Flins still is the strongest man in Genshin
strip them of their lunar reactions and the ascendant gleam bonus then all those lunar powercreepers become b ranks hands down. Not even natlan units are that restricted that they wouldn't work without each other. Nod krai is by far the absolute worst region of the entire game

If we look on the team dps then is the rank list: 1.) Mavuika 2.) Skirk 3.) Nefer 4.) Varesa 5.) Flins 6.) Neuvi 7.) Arle and anymore. With Columbina the Nod Krai DPS will be stronger and then is Skirk on rank 3 or 4. Flins & Nefer on SS is correct. Yes Arle & Neuvi more flex about team building and don't need really each time premium team, but for a tier list about Main DPS is also the damage important. This ranking is correct.
