Yeah so I accidentally got him to c1 but I don't have Ineffa. I was kinda annoyed at the normal team's lack of mobility, too. And I have c1 Lauma and wanted to play her. Long story short - I use Flins, Lauma, Furina, and Yelan. ER on Flins is around 140, he has Staff of Homa (none of these have sigs, anyway). The team pulverizes everything since thanks to double hydro, I trigger both bloom and lunar-charged. I don't have to rely on lame Aino hydro app so lunar-charged triggers about the same.
Lauma is nice. Out of Ineffa her and Flins she is my least favorite imo. but i dont regret pulling for her. It's been really hard getting her artifacts. EM is ridiculous to get even after 5 years playing i hardly have ANY EM artifacts let alone ones of worth and with a bunch of characters lately needing EM as well it's hard esp since im starting from scratch with this new nod krai set. Getting decent F2p weapon is ok, and her use is good in many diff teams

Wow, I lucked out big time pulling Flins. I have played Genshin since the very first release of Kazuha and I have many characters. I must admit Flins is stellar and I love everything about him - design, move set, ease of use, powerful, looks like a badass. I accidently just lost my 50/50 on shark girl last update and I was resigned to the fact that I probably would miss out. But I got him in 20 pulls! Boner city.

Just a plain solid good chara, no special. Become mustpull chara just because he's male, only that
Check the section titled "All Recommended Weapons for Flins". Yes, it lists Blackcliff Pole but the craftable is much higher on the list, because craftable buffs Lunar Damage.
Guys, is blackcliff pole good for Flins? I have the new craftable polearm but blackcliff pole gives extra cdmg% and I'm not sure which one seems to be better option...
You can almost entirely scrap ER if you use Ororon's skill every rotation. The energy I receive from that is enough to just about fill his special burst, combined with the random particles made by his skill and attacks and the hydro sub, it's plenty.

She works wonders with Neuvillette, but since Flins is already Electro, she doesn't offer lots.
No Ineffa & no signature, considered putting Flins (Fjords + 4pcs Sky Unveling) in with Fischl (Favo + Golden Troupe), Xilo (Ezpitzal + 4pcs Cinder City), and Aino (Flame Forged Insight + 4pcs Silken Moon). I think this should work? We got an electro teammate with alternating between burst and skill to deploy Oz, while Xilo provide healing + crystallize shield + resist shred + cinder city buff (she's such a miracle worker), and Aino provided off field hydro for reaction + moonsign buff
The way no one consider beidou C1 as his second option teammate .... She literally was made for electro charged reaction and does provide shield at C1 (has 5 seconds cooldown tho)
LMAO, yes the "best way to play" is to pull for and win every character. I would have thought that was obvious. If you have infinite money and luck I definitely recommend it.
