wouldnt say she is ss tier maybe mid s tier bloom and dendro is still no where near the actual ss tier simply she is ok but you are better off pulling nahida whos application is better deals more dmg and got vastly better cons

C1 provides some healing and improved movement ability while signatue weapon will increase her damage. Supposedly the event weapon is very good for Lauma and the signature is only about a 10% upgrade currently, if we can trust what the redditors said. It boils down to a choice between C1 for sustainability or signature for damage. I personally went with C1 while planning to get weapon on a re-run since Lauma's best teams tend to lack healers/shielders so the healing is pretty helpful.

yes. It's unfair how the new characters since Natlan powercreep old ones. What was the point to give them constellations when there is no content? They doesn't even decent (Varesa, Citlali, Xilonen, Chaska, Navia, now it's Lauma, soon Nefer).
The short answer to the eternal debate is simple: Pull whatever character you find fun to play. Unless you're aiming for endgame DPS min-maxing.

just remember cryo natlan boss that basically nerfing natlan chars, that would be same with nodkrai soon. Just pull nahida for future investment
Don’t pull for Nahida, she already got powercrept by the new character. Pull for Lauma and get Nefer in the future, she’ll be the new dendro dps alongside Lauma as her support
Pulling for characters you like doesn’t work in Genshin anymore ever since Natlan characters got released. It’s best to follow the meta now if you want to keep up with new region mechanics

Nahida is not powercrept. Nahida s c2 and LAUMA s boosts on hyperbloom work very well. The bad scenario is the nod krai passives. But you can still play Nahida and do pretty good.
How badly does she need cons? I’ll skip her if cons are required
