the vast majority of lauma teams don’t use nahida. and in her best team which is hyperbloom she just replaces the radish. are you on crack?
She’s literally dendro Escoffier, and she absolutely DOESN’t need Nahida. Most of the time she directly replaces her, the only time where you can play them both is Nilou bloom, and Nahida does barely anything in this team, it’s Lauma who does 90% of the work. Also Lauma - Yelan - Xingqiu - Raiden is quite literally the third best team in the game rn with about 115k dps (no Columbina, no Nefer btw). How is this not op? Arguably one of the most overtuned kits in the game
Its obvious why they release new more powerful characters instead of buffing old ones, to sell more characters. She is very good, but I wouldn't say OP. She is better than Nahida for pretty much everything except aggravate though, and many of her best teams don't use Nahida.
Im confused how is she op , and better then Nahida her best teams literally require nahida?.

Who asked for this deer lady to be so op? Why not buff Nahida instead and not release this thing?

The meta thing to do would be pull for Lauma, though if your Nahida is C2 her weapon would also be a reasonable choice. If your Nahida is C0 or C1 I'd definitly say Lauma.

Lauma is the best support for Nefer, in the same way that Ineffa is the best support for Flins. Without any of them both Flins and Nefer would lose a lot of damage.

I suspect Mihoyo did that on purpose to get people to go for Lauma's C1 which gives her healing.

So many of these teams have no sustains
Lauma and Nefer have great synergy. Nefer is the main dps on the team with Lauma as her go to support. Lauma is pretty much required for a good Nefer team. However, Lauma can also work well in teams without Nefer meaning Lauma is useful even if you don't get Nefer.
