Unlock Spell of Unity by completing the Act 2 of the Tournament of Glory in Bloom event quest, Medicine Born of Guilt.

Spell of Unity Walkthrough
Meet in the Speaker's Chamber to Discuss the Plan
Go to the Speaker's Chamber at the Stadium of the Sacred Flame to start the quest.
Attack the Children of the Echoes' Base
Follow the Path with Pulverite Stones
You will automatically be teleported to the start of the tournament, where you will have a short cutscene. Afterwards, you can find the Children of the Echoes' base by following the road littered with Pulverite!
Throughout the tournament, you will be using trial versions of Pyro Traveler, Iansan, Chasca, and Ororon.
Defeat the Base Guards and Switch the Flag
Once you get to the Children of the Echoes' base, there will be another short cutscene. You need to defeat the opponents that appear, and change the flag found in the camp.
Attack the People of the Springs' Base
Break the Pulverite
After changing the flag, Citlali will join your party. Head to the cliffside with a Pulverite on the wall and use Iansan's skill to break it down.
Summon a Wind Current
Use Citlali or Ororon's charged attack to grab the Wind Current marking. Set it on the ground to summon a wind current, which you can ride to the top of the cliff.
Defeat the Base Guards and Switch the Flag
At the top of the cliff just a few paces ahead will be the People of the Springs' base! Defeat the opponents that appear and change the flag to trigger the next cutscene.
Attack the Scions of the Canopy's Base
Head North to the Other Cliff
After the cutscene, you need to head north where the Scions of the Canopy's base is located. There will be opponents along the way as well.
Defeat the Base Guards and Switch the Flag
At the Scions of the Canopy base, Kinich will be waiting with another cutscene. You must defeat the following opponents and change the flag to complete the tournament.
Complete the Next Cutscenes
Once done with the tournament, there will be several cutscenes that will play out.
Take Part in the Celebration Banquet
Head to the Weary Inn inside the Stadium of the Sacred Flame for the next short cutscene.
Optional Dialogue - Talk to Everyone at the Banquet
After the scene with Kachina, you have the option to talk to everyone at the banquet, including the Chiefs of each Tribe and playable characters!
These characters will disappear after the quest completes so remember to talk to them before leaving.
Look for Ifa
Head to the field between the Flower-Feather Clan and Huitzli Hill where you found out the past of Antu and Ifa's ancestor for the final cutscene.
Optional Dialogue - Talk to Ifa After the Quest
After the cutscene with Ifa, you have the option to talk to him and trigger another short scene! He will disappear afterwards.
