Complete the Prerequisite
You can unlock Where Once There Were Arms Aplenty after completing the previous quest, Where Once Force Was Reversed. Keep in mind that this quest doesn't automatically appear in your quest journal, and that you have to get the quest first from the Secret Source Servant.
Where Once There Were Arms Aplenty Walkthrough
Clear the Abyssal Corrosion in this Area
After obtaining the quest from the Secret Source Servant, head over the location marked on your map, located on the Ruined Armament Workshop. As soon as you arrive, clear the Abyssal Corrosion in this area by defeating the Abyss monsters! We recommend bringing a team with excellent healers, as you'll be facing mostly against Rifthounds!
Cut the Abyssal Corrosion Level to 50%
As you defeat the Abyssal mobs and the Region's Abyssal Corrosion Level hits 50%, Paimon will remark if only there was some way to smash all these mud balls in one go!, indicating that you can smash the Abyss balls instead of simply defeating enemies.
A nearby Tatankasaurus Spritsconce spawns nearby as soon as Paimon says this, so immediately indwell to it, and use its ability to smash the mud balls!
