The In Search of a Hidden Heart world quest can be unlocked after completing both the The Forsaken Sea of Wisdom and The Sealed Site of Sacrifice world quests.
In Search of a Hidden Heart Walkthrough
Explore up ahead
Talk to the Secret Source Servant located in the depths of the Ancient Sacred Mountain. The Secret Source Servant is the mechanical little dragon sitting on top of a rock, along with other mechanical dragons.

While you continue on your path to the Heart of the Sacred Mountain, you need to complete five other subquests first. All of which are under the Chronicler of the Crumbling City quest chain.
The Once, the Sacred Seat of Judgement and Where Once There Was a Calculation Array are the first subquests to be unlocked. The other subquests will unlock after you finish the first two. Completing all five subquests will complete the In Search of a Hidden Heart quest.

You can get the Questioning the Heart of Flames achievement by completing the In Search of a Hidden Heart quest.

 Teleport to Ruined Armament Workshop to get achievement |
If you have completed this quest before and did not get the achievement, you can restart your game, and teleport to the southeast waypoint of the Ruined Armament Workshop in the underground area of Ancient Sacred Mountain.
For others who have not yet completed the quest, there is no need to do this procedure. There has been a recent bug that were preventing players to get this achievement, but thankfully it was fixed in April 3, 2025.
