As Though Beholding Illusions is the second quest of the Enchanted Tales of the Mikawa Festival Event!
Enchanted Tales of the Mikawa Festival Event
Go to the event venue in Mt. Yougou and try to look for everyone. Going near the objective marker will trigger a long cutscene with numerous people, including Kujou Sara and Shikanoin Heizou.
After the cutscene, you learn that there is a doppelganger incident happening around the event grounds, and people are falling into a deep sleep and having nightmares.
Go to Sayu's booth at the Mikawa Festival and ask them a couple of questions to confirm their identity. Yoimiya will also be seen talking to Sayu at the booth.
Afterward, go to Thoma's booth and try to investigate their identities. Other Youkai's and Bake-Danuki will also be there.
Lastly, you go over to Mizuki and Kokomi's booth to investigate the doppelganger incident. At first, you will only see a Bake-Danuki, then Kokomi will come over, and Mizuki will be the last to come over at the booth.
After talking to Mizuki and Kokomi, a cutscene with Yae Miko will trigger, where she will introduce the Raiden Shogun as part of the Mikawa Festival celebration.
Wait until nighttime (21:00 - 24:00) and invite Ei to the Aisa Bathhouse in Inazuma City to relax. Talking to Ei at the Mikawa Festival anywhere between 21:00 - 24:00 will immediately teleport you to the Aisa Bathhouse.
Miko and Mizuki will also join you at the bathhouse, but your relaxation will be interrupted by a noise heard in the streets of Inazuma City.

After the incident in Inazuma City, all of you return to the venue to investigate another incident about the nightmares. During the cutscene, Heizou will reveal who the troublemakers are.
You also need to submit the conclusions It's a different person and Cause Panic thought bubbles when Heizou asks you a question.
Revealing who the troublemakers really are, you chase the three Bake-Danuki through Chinju Forest while going through obstacle courses. Keep moving forward until you reach the objective marker on your mini-map.
Once the Bake-Danuki disguises themselves as bonfires, head to the objective marker on your mini-map, and hit the three bonfires with vines on their stand to reveal the three Bake-Danuki.
Hit the Bake-Danuki statue that has a colored scarf and leaf on its head. The statues will also be marked on your mini-map, so there easier to find.
After catching all the Bake-Danuki's, you try to talk to them, and ask why are they causing trouble. You later find out they are sleep-walking and can be purified by taking away the abyss energy around them.
You go to Ioroi in Chinju Forest to further persuade the other Bake-Danuki that humans are to be trusted and not to be messed with. Ioroi successfully persuades them along with you, Yae Miko, Ei, and Mizuki.
Talk to Ei near Ioroi's statue and ask how she's feeling with all the incidents happening. She replies that she's relieved due to Ioroi's explanation and she gives you her thanks for spending time with her.
