How to Unlock As Though Caught in a Dream
Complete the Prerequisites
The minimum requirements for both the quest and the Enchanted Tales of the Mikawa Festival Event are reaching Adventure Rank 20 and completing the Archon Quest Chapter 2 Act 1.

As Though Caught in a Dream Walkthrough
Accept the Invitation Letter
Accept the invitation from Miko in your inventory, under the quest items tab, to start the quest.
Talk to Okuzumeshuu
Talk to Okuzumeshuu over at the Tenshukaku in Inazuma, near La Signora's weekly domain. You can teleport over at Signora's domain to get to the quest objective immediately.
After talking to Okuzumeshuu, you will be teleported inside the palace where you will meet Yae Miko and Raiden Shogun.
Pay a Visit to Ioroi
You will be teleported to Chinju Forest after talking to Raiden and Yae Miko. You only need to go towards the objective marker in front to get to Ioroi.
Ioroi will say that three of the Bake-Danuki want to come with you to the Mikawa Festival.
Help the Bake-Danuki Team Up
Find the three Bake-Danuki that has split up in Inazuma City. Shousei will be located at the Komore Teahouse with Thoma and Itto, Kichiboushi can be seen near the river with Sayu, and Gyoubu Koban is at Aisa Bathhouse.
The locations of the three Bake-Danuki will also be marked on your map.
Go to the Yashiro Commission
Go to the Yashiro Commission at the Kamisato Estate in Inazuma and look for Ayato and Yae Miko. You will also meet Ayaka at the entrance of the estate.
Wait Until the Next Day (13:00 - 16:00)
Wait until the next day and go to Mt. Yougou for the next part of the quest.
Go to Mt. Yougou
Go to Mt. Yougou in Chinju Forest for the preparations of the Mikawa Festival. You will be able to see Kujou Sara at the event grounds.
After the cutscenes with Sara and the opening ceremony by Yae Miko, the event minigames, Akitsu Harpastum, A Little Fox's Daydream, and Bunshin Phantasm, will officially be unlocked.
Talk to Contestans from Various Teams

Talk to the people located in the various booths and minigames to get the introductions and tutorial for each one.
Share Your Play Test Experience with Miko
Talk to Yae Miko at the event stage after your done talking and testing out all the minigames.
Defeat the Opponents
After talking to Yae, you will be teleported just outside of Chinju Forest where you will need to fight a mysterious samurai. You will only be able to use the Traveler and parry the samurai's attacks to defeat it.
To succesfully parry the samurai's attacks, press the parry button when the samurai blade glows. Then, continuously parry its attacks until you gain enough energy for a burst attack.
