    assuming since this was 2 months ago you figured it out. but spot #2 can be accessed from a rock next to a pipe in the lava

    #9 is misleading. teleport to the Ochkanatlan Teleport. fly/run straight across to the cave entrance by the giant bones. drop down a few levels in the Firey Furnace area. its a magma pool at the lower level.
