To unlock Beat the Clock: 24 Hours, you must have completed the previous subquest of From One Case to Another, Incidents Are Ever Sudden!

Beat the Clock: 24 Hours Walkthrough

Investigate the area near the location Taruka mentioned

After completing the conversation with Taruka from Incidents are Ever Sudden, head to the marked area, northwest of “Masters of the Night-Wind”.

If you have the “Flower-Feather Clan”'s Statue of The Seven unlocked, teleport to it and then head south to the marked area.

Sit down and rest until 20:00 – 22:00 the next day

Upon arriving, sit on one of the boxes to pass the time.

Go to the camp

Once enough time has passed, follow the quest marker and head to the small wooden bridge to locate the camp.

Indwell an Iktomisaur and infiltrate the inner sections of the camp

Sneak into the camp by indwelling the neaby Iktomisaur. Indwell it from afar to avoid being detected by it.

Fly Above the Guards

Make your way to the camp by flying above the guards. Once you have made it across, jump and fly to reach the short cliffside before flying off again.

Inspect the Red Grafiti

From the short cliff, contninue progressing forward until you see a wall with red graffiti guarded by two Saurians. Inspect the graffiti with the Iktomisaur's Spiritspeaker State to open the path forwards.

Continue flying towards the cave to progress the quest.

Report your findings to Taruka

After completing the cutscene, report your findings back to Taruka to finish this world quest.
