Beat the Clock: 24 Hours Walkthrough
Investigate the area near the location Taruka mentioned
After completing the conversation with Taruka from Incidents are Ever Sudden, head to the marked area, northwest of “Masters of the Night-Wind”.
If you have the “Flower-Feather Clan”'s Statue of The Seven unlocked, teleport to it and then head south to the marked area.
Sit down and rest until 20:00 – 22:00 the next day
Upon arriving, sit on one of the boxes to pass the time.
Go to the camp
Once enough time has passed, follow the quest marker and head to the small wooden bridge to locate the camp.
Indwell an Iktomisaur and infiltrate the inner sections of the camp
Sneak into the camp by indwelling the neaby Iktomisaur. Indwell it from afar to avoid being detected by it.
How to Infiltrate the Camp
The goal of this segment is to get from the start of the camp all the way to inside the cave, which can be opened up by using the Iktomisaur's ability on a piece of graffiti on the entrance.
However, this is easier said than done because of the presence of the guards and other Iktomisaurs that have line of sight. Being spotted by these guards will send you back to the start of the camp.
Indwell the Other Iktomisaurs
A mechanic you should remember is that you can indwell other Iktomisaurs to close the distance, put yourself in a better position, and reduce the amount of obstacles in the area.
Quickly indwell the one across from the pier, then use its gliding ability and indwell the Iktomisaur on the rock pillar and use their glide to reach the top of the adjacent cliff.
Fly Above the Iktomisaur On the Cliff
Near the entrance to the cave, there will be two Iktomisaur chicks by the entrance with one Iktomisaur sitting on the cliff next to them.
At this point you will be at a higher position than this Iktomisaur, so glide up and slowly descend on him before indwelling him.
Use the Iktomisaur's Ability on the Red Graffiti and Glide In
After unlocking the gate, you can glide up into the air, hugging the wall where the entrance is, and slowly glide past the Iktomisaur chicks.
Despite it looking like they should spot you, they do not, which lets you sneak inside successfully.
Report your findings to Taruka
After completing the cutscene, report your findings back to Taruka to finish this world quest.

this quest sucked but well I needed to finish it bc of not being able to play Co-op or enter my serinetea pot to collect the stuff in there. Whoever designed this quest needs to make it easier to get past the guards since I got spotted so much mostly near the entrace of that goddamn cave.
